Experiences	President Kaneshiro will explain the history of the Ishigaki beef brand, local production for local consumption, and the sustainable approach of using compost as biomass fuel at the ranch, followed by a feeding experience at the barn. After that, we will hold an actual tasting of Ishigaki beef at Yakiniku Kinjo.
