The seminar will include the history of Ishigaki beef up to the establishment of the Ishigaki beef brand, a seminar on sustainable initiatives using compost, a tour of “Yumaru Farm” and its pasture, and a taste of Ishigaki beef at “Yakiniku Kinjo”.

Salt making experience at “Ishigaki no Salt”, the birthplace of salt making in the Yaeyama Islands. Salt changes depending on spring, summer, fall, winter, full moon and new moon. The raw material is only seawater. Nothing is added or subtracted. Experience the salt making experience to feel and taste the time.

After that, heat seawater in a stone kiln and boil When the water boils, it is stirred. Spa facility attached to “Ishigaki no Salt”, the birthplace of Yaeyama Islands salt making workshop. Yaeyama Islands✖️ forest✖️ forest✖️ feel the elements of the sea at “Salt Spa Bian” for natural healing. Bian is a relaxation facility full of the elements of the forest✕ sea, using natural ingredients from Okinawa, the Yaeyama Islands and Ishigaki Island. The spa offers mineral therapy using Mishio’s original mineral essences and salt scrubs using powdered salt from Ishigaki Island, and has been well received by guests.
